What is seamoss?
Sea Moss or Irish Moss is a type of red algae that grows on the Atlantic coastlines of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. In nature, it generally shows off a deep purple or brown color, but when it is air-dried it usually turns yellow or green.

Sea Moss, also known as Irish Moss, contains 92 of 102 essential minerals for the human body.
